Granite Belt Christmas Farm only lists products that are available for instant delivery, unless specified on the product page as coming soon. In most circumstances we will notify you if a product is unavailable before we dispatch all of your order. However, in some cases this is not possible, and Granite Belt Christmas Farm may need to cancel part or all of your order. If this is the situation Granite Belt Christmas Farm will issue a refund in full all amounts you paid for the unavailable product.

Granite Belt Christmas Farm does not provide refunds for change of mind.
Granite Belt Christmas Farm will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit or refund if:
- The product is faulty
- Contacted our online team within 7 days or delivery and presented invoice or adequate proof of purchase.
- The product is not what you ordered.
- Product must be in original condition and packaging for return.

Granite Belt Christmas Farm only ship within Australia mainland. Quotes are emailed for large Christmas products for customer approval.
Shipping generally takes 3-4 business days for orders to be dispatched from our farm. You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched.
Shipping times are 8 to 10 business days however in some instances it may be longer. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but will keep you updated with the delivery of your Christmas items. You will receive confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been marked as shipped.
Once your order has been packed and shipped with care by Granite Belt Christmas Farm we take no responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost in transit or stolen once delivered.
Customers must supply a valid contact email and mobile number. We accept no liability if we are unable to contact a customer if the contact details were not supplied, were supplied incorrect or invalid. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address is correct. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods. This may lead to additional delivery fees.
